Getting it right in the system selection phase can help mitigate the future pitfalls of missed functionality, exploding budgets, and delayed timelines. This session covered how to define and rank your specific current/ future requirements, how to make sure the vendors address these and how to impartially score the differences.

The session was a corporate focused discussion with PwC experts, IACT board members and a Corporate Treasurer with valuable relevant past experience (Kiera Agnew - Assistant Treasurer - Kelloggs).
