IACT MENTORING PROGRAMME 2025

Mentoring is a confidential relationship, where the Mentee can access a Mentor's wisdom and guidance to navigate obstacles in achieving career objectives.

In October 2018, the IACT committee launched its first ever Mentoring programme. The pilot programme consisted of 6 mentoring relationships and was an outstanding success leading to a new programme running each year.

We will shortly be taking applications for Mentees to join the 2025 programme. The programme will provide Mentees with a unique opportunity to connect and learn from the experience of some of Ireland’s most senior treasury professionals.

“As a past-mentee, I can testify to the positive impact the IACT Mentorship Programme had on my career. My mentor challenged me to self-reflect. We identified gaps in my CV and how to close them, which allowed me to progress my career. I wouldn't be where I am today without the Programme.”

John James Dunne
Head of Group Treasury, Glen Dimplex
President, IACT
