Financial Management for Treasurers

The Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers (IACT), in collaboration with the Institute of Directors Ireland, has developed tailored finance training to help participants engage more confidently with financial information, management concepts and board-level decision-making.

The courses (introductory and advanced) are aimed at senior IACT members and other senior professionals, directors, aspiring directors and business leaders who are not finance specialists but who need to interpret financial information, contribute effectively to financial discussions and apply financial insight in decision-making.

They are particularly relevant for those operating in treasury, governance, strategy, risk, operations or general management roles where financial literacy supports stronger oversight and leadership.

Session 1: Financial Management for Non-Financial Experts (Senior Treasury Managers and above)
