Format: 3-person panel discussion: Ruadhán Ó Críodáin, Director at ShoutOut will moderate -  Speakers TBC.

EDI allyship in 2026 is no longer passive support, it’s active, visible, and accountable. It means using your voice to challenge inequity, leveraging your influence to open doors for others, and embedding inclusion into everyday decisions, not just policies.

We are delighted to support LGBTQ+ Pride Month by bringing a panel together to explore what meaningful allyship looks like in practice today, from advocating in the room when it matters, to building a culture in an organisation where diverse talent can genuinely thrive.

Ruadhán Ó Críodáin is Executive Director of ShoutOut, a national charity working to improve LGBTQI+ inclusion through education. ShoutOut delivers programmes across schools, workplaces, and community settings, supporting individuals and organisations to build cultures where LGBTQI+ people can fully and proudly be themselves. Ruadhán has extensive experience in equality, diversity and inclusion across the non-profit and education sectors, with a particular focus on practical allyship, youth engagement, and systemic change.
