This is the third and last session in our series of 3 sessions targeted specifically for Corporate Treasury practitioners who would like to use a treasury management system to transform their treasury function to better meet the challenges of market volatility, soaring interest rates, and rapid company expansion.
In session 1 we covered the building of the business case and stakeholder buy-in.
In session 2 we covered the tips, tricks and lessons learnt in managing the selection process.
Session 3 will cover the TMS implementation approach and share tips & tricks to avoid various pitfalls.
Session 3 Agenda
Implementing a new treasury system comes with many opportunities, but also challenges. Creating a feasible and realistic implementation plan can help mitigate the future pitfalls of delayed timelines, scope creep, insufficient stakeholder commitment and an exhausted treasury team. We will cover how to implement a TMS system from A to Z with all different phases from scoping & build phases through testing, cutover & go-live while ensuring you will remain within budget and timing.
The session will be a corporate focused discussion with PwC experts, IACT board members and Meindert de Vreeze – Group International Treasurer, Publicis Groupe.
Join this session to be able to share your own views, concerns and questions during the interactive roundtable sessions and take the opportunity to obtain information and best practices from your peers and professional colleagues.
Please note that this event is restricted to corporate treasury practitioners only. IACT members from the treasury ecosystem i.e. financial institutions, investment, asset management, international banks, fintechs, IT, etc are not eligible to attend.
