Aimee Cullen - President

Aimee joined CarTrawler as Head of Treasury in February 2020.  Prior to this role, she spent 9 years with Johnson & Johnson in various roles across their Treasury Centres in Dublin, Belgium, Sao Paulo and New Brunswick. She started her career with ABN Amro’s Outsourced Treasury Centre in Dublin after completing a Bachelor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified accountant.


John James Dunne - Vice President

John James is Head of Group Treasury with Glen Dimplex since 2022. He has extensive Treasury experience, having previously worked with DCC plc, Grafton Group plc and IBM.He was awarded Best Cash Management Solution at the Treasury Today, Adam Smith Awards 2020 - the ultimate global benchmark in Corporate Treasury.

A Chartered Management Accountant, he holds an MSc in Investment, Treasury and Banking from DCU, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Treasury from DCU and a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD. 



Meindert de Vreeze - Immediate Past President

Meindert is International Treasurer with Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s largest communication groups, since 2016. Responsible for their global treasury operations including cash management, investments and hedging.

Prior to this he worked with GE for 4 years as Director of IC Funding EMEA based in Dublin, 13 years with LeasePlan as Director Structured Finance & Securitisation, International Funding Manager, and Finance Manager based in Dublin, the Netherlands, and Brazil. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).


Willie O'Dwyer - Education (Briefings)

Willie is Finance Director of LeasePlan Treasury, the centralised treasury division of the LeasePlan group, the leading global fleet management and driver mobility company. Responsible for all accounting, operational and middle office functions.

Currently leading the iBOR transition project for the group, Willie is a KPMG qualified accountant with over twenty years experience in Financial Services, having worked with Bank of Ireland, Rand Merchant Bank and AIG Global Investment Group.



Robert Harrington - Treasurer

Robert is currently European Treasury Manager for the West Pharmaceutical Services group with responsibility for cash and FX risk management as well as capital funding and banking in the region. Robert's achievements in this role so far include much improved operational fx risk management and reduced cost of payment processing.

An accountant by training with 18 years Treasury experience Robert's Treasury career included roles in Xerox's European Treasury Centre, Cartrawler and Keelings before his current role with West Pharma.


Donna Foley - Women in Treasury

Donna has worked the last 13 years with Xerox Corporation in various Treasury roles, currently the Senior Manager of Global Banking where she is responsible for all banking structures, financial services, integration, governance and controls for the corporation and its subsidiaries.

Prior to this, Donna spent 10 years in various roles within Bank of Ireland including retail banking, insurance and investments and regulatory governance and control and she holds a Masters Degree in Investment Treasury & Banking from Dublin City University.



Lorraine Keogh - Publications

Lorraine is the Deputy Group Treasurer at Experian, with responsibility for managing and/or supporting global treasury operations including; funding and liquidity, currency and interest rate hedging and cash management. Lorraine is currently leading the IBOR transition project for the Group. Lorraine joined Experian in November 2008. Prior to that, she worked at Macquarie Bank and PwC (where she qualified as a Chartered Accoountant). Lorraine has also completed the AMCT qualification.


Kiera Agnew - Education (Briefings)

Kiera joined Kellogg’s in 2012 as Treasury Accountant and implemented hedge accounting SAAS, balance sheet exposure analysis SAAS, treasury system (upgraded to 2017 to SAAS), designed in house multilateral netting solution, designed in house foreign exchange model, currently implementing virtual accounts, APIs and Cashforce.

She holds a B.Comm, MAcc and FCA.


Keith Lynch - Education & Outreach (Mentoring Programme)

Keith is Senior Director, Global Treasury Centre of Excellence with Viatris. His experience spans 22 years across the corporate treasury and banking environments.

 He holds BSc Computer Science (Hons) from TCD, a Diploma in Treasury management (AMCT) and a Certificate in Applied Financial Services with the Institute of Bankers.

Fiona Hughes - Membership

Fiona is an experienced and qualified Accountancy professional is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Certificate in Financial Services from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

Fiona has over 20 years of experience in Banking and Finance beginning her career in ACC Bank She has been employed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise for the past 16 years and moved to the Treasury function 7 years ago. 


Patrick Corkery - Social Events

Patrick Corkery is the Financial Controller of Vanfleet Transport, a leading distribution company to the retail sector. Prior to joining Vanfleet, he worked in financial services with KPMG.

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Commerce graduate of UCD, Patrick was IACT Student of the Year for the DCU Graduate Certificate of Corporate Treasury.



Pieter Burger - Tax Consultant to IACT

Pieter is a Tax Partner in the Deloitte Ireland Financial Services Tax practice and has over 16 years’ tax advisory experience. Pieter specialises in structured finance, aircraft leasing, banking and corporate treasury.Pieter is a qualified lawyer and holds B. Comm (Law), LLB, B. Comm (Hons) Financial Management, and M.Comm (Taxation) degrees.

He is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute (AITI Chartered Tax Adviser) and has contributed widely to a number of publications. He also presents and lectures regularly on corporation tax matters in Ireland and abroad.


Ciaran Corbally - Accounting Consultant to IACT

Ciaran is a Director in the Corporate Treasury practice in PwC. He has extensive experience advising a wide variety of clients on a range of treasury issues, including risk management, product valuation, and financial instrument and derivative accounting (including hedge accounting).

Ciaran is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers. He also regularly presents on topical matters relating to the industry.



Liane Egan - Legal Consultant to IACT

Liane is a Senior Associate in the Finance department of McCann FitzGerald LLP, having qualified as a solicitor in 2017. Liane has considerable experience and knowledge in advising on project finance, PPPs and structured finance for public sector clients and financial institutions.


Cian Butler - Conference

Cian has been in ESB’s Group Treasury’s Front Office for almost 5 years following Treasury roles in LeasePlan and Mediolanum. His responsibilities include management of the Group’s Cash and forecasting, FX Risk, Trade Finance and managing the relationships between ESB Group & their banking partners. Since the beginnings of the Energy Crisis in early 2021, Cian’s main focus has been on ensuring ESB Group’s liquidity is robust in the face of unprecedented margin calls on foot of the most volatile energy market in recent history.



Jason Murphy - Education & Outreach 

Having founded Centrus’ operations in Ireland, Jason is a shareholder of the Centrus Group, Board member of the Group and member of the Groups Executive Committee. He is also CEO of the Irish business and a Managing Director in the UK firm. He has over 20 years’ investment banking and financial advisory experience. Jason have provided corporate finance and treasury advice to some of the largest housing associations, infrastructure investors and regulated utilities in the UK and Ireland.

Jason is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).


Aga Nalaskowska - Committee

Aga is Head of Treasury EMEA at Parexel. Prior to this she was a Treasury Expert with the EY Global Treasury Services team sitting in EY Ireland Dublin office. She is an experienced Treasurer with over 16 years of Corporate Treasury experience and advises clients in all areas across their Treasury Target Operating Model including Treasury Systems & Operations, Cash Management & Forecasting, Financial Risk and Working Capital Management. Aga was formerly a Regional Treasurer at Cardinal Health overseeing treasury operations in EMEA and APAC regions.
