Our client, a global corporate whose treasury is headquartered in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Treasury Transformation Manager. Your goal in this 12 month FTC is tosupport a wide-ranging treasury change agenda across systems, processes, controls and operating model improvement. This role sits within a collaborative, internationally dispersed finance environment and will play a key part in shaping future treasury capabilities aligned to wider finance transformation goals. The Treasury Transformation Manager will help drive scalable change, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency across a complex, multi-region business. Responsibilities:
- Lead treasury transformation workstreams across systems and data, process and reporting, organisation and people, and controls
- Support improvements to in-house banking, virtual account liquidity structures, and broader treasury operating models
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative forums to define future-state treasury processes, requirements and solutions
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, deployment activity, training and post-implementation support for treasury change initiatives
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, audit and banking providers to deliver integrations, infrastructure changes and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience in treasury, finance transformation or treasury operations
- Strong understanding of treasury activities including cash management, payment processes, banking systems and forecasting.
- Experience supporting systems implementations, operating model change or wider transformation programmes
- Knowledge of treasury controls, governance, and working within SOX / ICFR regulated environments
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
