Steven Maijoor speaks at the third roundtable on euro risk-free rates Monday 14 December 2020 15:26 The Chair of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), Steven Maijoor, today delivered a speech at the third roundtable on euro risk-free rates.
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU securities markets regulator, is looking for new candidates for the Consultative Working Group (CWG) of the Financial Innovation Standing Committee (FISC).
The purpose of the market share calculation is to facilitate issuers and related third parties in their evaluation of a CRA with no more than 10% total market share in the EU.
The European Banking Authority (EBA) published today an Opinion on how to strengthen the connection between the EU legal frameworks on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, and deposit protection.
