A terrific start to the morning of the 12 March at the IACT International Women's Day breakfast briefing kindly hosted by Barclays.

The keynote speaker was Lucy Jeffrey, Colleague Development Director, Coach, Insights Practioner, Lover of learning, Barclays. Lucy delivered an insightful and super thought provoking presentation into the concept of Personal Brand—what it is, why it matters, and how you can define and strengthen your own.
