Purpose:
- The Treasury Banking Analyst manages all aspects of Xerox's bank accounts and electronic banking platforms to ensure we have a controlled and robust network to support all financial transactions across the organisation
- Responsible for the management of cash funds, debit and capital management on behalf of the organization.
- Provides analytical and technical support in the treasury function.
Scope:

- Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan
- Generally domestic scope/accountability
Responsibilities:
- Support all initiatives for continuous improvement and ad-hoc banking projects
- Support all changes to banking infrastructure across the Corporation, both within existing units and within new acquisitions
- Provide advisory support to business units with respect to banking platforms and banking documentation
- Support the communication of internal policies related to banking and electronic banking ensuring compliance with current regulation and Internal Audit and Corporate Security protocols
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends
- Maintenance of central databases
- System Administration of major electronic banking platforms and Treasury Management system
- Manage bank account and fee reporting analysis across the corporation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, economics, or related field of study
- Some exposure to regulatory compliance and internal controls (Minimum)
- Experience working in banking administration (account opening) or similar (Minimum)
- Fluent spoken and written English (Minimum)
- Proficient in MS Power-Point, Word and Excel (Minimum)
- 1-3 years finance, treasury or banking experience (Minimum)
- Previous experience working with Quantum TMS (or similar) and/or electronic banking platforms whilst not essential would be desirable (preferred)
