Global Banking Senior Manager - Xerox

  • The Global Banking Senior Manager handles all aspects of Xerox's cash assets, company banking relationships and all business and/or operational banking/finance solutions
  • Responsible for the management of cash funds, debit and capital management on behalf of the organization.
  • Provides analytical and technical support in the treasury function.



  • Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contributes to the development of organizational strategies
  • Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges/ regulatory issues
  • Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities
  • May include international accountability; and may include some global accountability


  • Lead a team of three which manages the Group’s bank accounts and electronic banking platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement with a view to deliver best-in-class banking infrastructure to facilitate efficient cash management solutions throughout the Corporation
  • Support all changes to banking infrastructure across the Corporation, both within existing units and within new acquisitions
  • Provide advisory support to business units with respect to payment and collection processes, interfaces between ERP systems and banking platforms, etc
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends
  • Responsible for maintenance of central databases and reporting 
  • Responsible for System Administration of major electronic banking platforms and Treasury Management system 



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economic or related field of study
  • 7-10 years’ experience (can go down to 5 years)
  • Global background
  • Work at their own initiative but take responsibility
  • Enterprise background
  • 3-5 years finance, treasury or banking experience gained in a multinational corporate or corporate bank environment 
  • Some exposure to regulatory compliance and internal controls
  • Experience in managing internal and external relationships
  • Some exposure to regulatory compliance and internal controls
  • Experience working with Quantum TMS (or similar) and/or electronic banking platforms whilst not essential would be desirable
  • Familiarity with payment processing and bank reporting files including MT940, MT101, EDI822 and BAI formats
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Power-Point, Word and excellent Excel skills
