Press Release from EACT re OTC derivatives

IACT welcomes the proposals released recently by the European Commission (EC) for the regulation of OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. The European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT) has been working with the EC and other EU bodies for more than a year, with the objective of ensuring that companies can use derivatives to mitigate financial risk in their core activities. The EACT has stressed the risk of unintended consequences contained within the original approach.

Press Release from EACT re OTC derivatives

IACT welcomes the proposals released recently by the European Commission (EC) for the regulation of OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. The European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT) has been working with the EC and other EU bodies for more than a year, with the objective of ensuring that companies can use derivatives to mitigate financial risk in their core activities. The EACT has stressed the risk of unintended consequences contained within the original approach.

Press Release from EACT re OTC derivatives

IACT welcomes the proposals released recently by the European Commission (EC) for the regulation of OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. The European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT) has been working with the EC and other EU bodies for more than a year, with the objective of ensuring that companies can use derivatives to mitigate financial risk in their core activities. The EACT has stressed the risk of unintended consequences contained within the original approach.

Press Release from EACT re OTC derivatives

IACT welcomes the proposals released recently by the European Commission (EC) for the regulation of OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. The European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT) has been working with the EC and other EU bodies for more than a year, with the objective of ensuring that companies can use derivatives to mitigate financial risk in their core activities. The EACT has stressed the risk of unintended consequences contained within the original approach.

Press Release from EACT re OTC derivatives

IACT welcomes the proposals released recently by the European Commission (EC) for the regulation of OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. The European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT) has been working with the EC and other EU bodies for more than a year, with the objective of ensuring that companies can use derivatives to mitigate financial risk in their core activities. The EACT has stressed the risk of unintended consequences contained within the original approach.
